KUNM Member Data & Relations Coordinator
A devoted development staff member is retiring soon, and we need someone who is great with people (our donors), excellent on details (our data), and experienced with high-end donor databases. We are looking for a true team player to join the four members in the KUNM Development Department to raise community funding to keep our important service operating at its best.
To achieve our mission, we need to find one amazing candidate with the right experience to become the KUNM Member Data & Relations Coordinator. We hope it’s you! As Member Data & Relations Coordinator, you’ll be joining a small collaborative team and will have the opportunity to create a meaningful impact on KUNM’s future!
Do You Have:
A passion for KUNM (your favorite Public Radio station).
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
The ability to provide stellar customer service.
An innate curiosity for learning how things work and are creative in how you approach and solve problems.
Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite, running queries and mail merges.
The ability to work with supporting members.
What you’ll do:
Process donor checks, credit cards and online gifts to KUNM.
Assist with generation and reconciling financial transactions.
Process donations by mail, web and those generated during the semi-annual, weeklong, on-air fundraising campaigns.
Create banking deposits and auditable documentation for accurate accountability for KUNM donors and auditors.
Generate queries within Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge database.
