The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the preparation of the daily Station Logs, including a multi-channel log.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maximize commercial inventory and accurate placement of commercials on Station Logs daily
Placement of commercials on Station Logs daily
Ensure all copy instructions and creative is received by deadline daily, communicating with Sales and Production departments. As well as commercial delivery services when necessary.
Will work with the Promotion Department and the Traffic Hub for finalization and printing of Station Logs daily
Will work with Master Control to ensure all aspects of finalized/electronic logs are complete and ready for air
Will work on commercial inventory and consult with Sales Management for future logs
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements & Skills:

Ability to work under pressure in order to meet daily deadlines
Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills
High School diploma
Experience with Wide Orbit traffic system is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment
