Job Description: 
- Applies all payments to accounts
- Reviews credit status and approves sales orders accordingly
- Reviews credit applications and researches references before approving credit for new clients
- Maintains client information and review and approves new accounts for billing
- Generates weekly billing and monthly statements
- Generates reports for sales personnel and management
- Handles client requests for information and works to resolve discrepancies
- Reviews aged receivables reports and makes collection calls on past due accounts
- Calculates and prepares monthly commission statements for sales personnel
- Responds to credit inquiries from other companies seeking credit references
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of collection laws
- Computer literacy in applicable programs including Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing
- Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
Other Requirements:
- May occasionally require lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Able to sit for extended periods of time
