While the rest of the country was feasting and watching football the last couple of weeks, we know our broadcasters were hard at work making the lives of people in your communities a little bit better. It’s a commitment you’ve made as a broadcaster. And the NMBA would like to highlight those moments – YOUR moments – to our federal and state legislators. The highlights will tell the story of your commitment to communities across our state.
Please share photos – like reporting during weather emergencies/crisis situations, local telethons/radiothons, charity events, coat and food drives – and provide testimonials of how your station staff helped during those times. Tell us the goals you reached while giving back to your communities. (You may have already posted something to your social media accounts, and that’s great! Just send us the link!)
