Noalmark Broadcasting Hobbs (KEJL/KIXN/KLEA/KPZA/KZOR) in conjunction with a local grocery store has been organizing a Community Halloween Trick or Treat Event for nearly 30 years. Our stations provide participating businesses with candy and promotes those locations as having safe, free candy for children on Halloween. The stations broadcast live from the grocery store where numerous candy and treat items are provided to children. Noalmark also provides trick or treat bags for children and lists that include “Safe Stops” locations and Halloween safety tips for kids and parents.
