Key Responsibilities:

• Primary role is to learn basic sales skills of selling both digital and radio media
• Chosen candidate will report to sales management team, but work hand in hand with a group of Account Executives that will help you learn the sales process.
• Daily duties can include but not be limited to: warm and cold calling for appointments, gathering research, assisting in creating proposals, meeting with prospects and clients, and helping to place the orders in the system
• Assists and backs up Account Executives with orders and traffic as needed\
• Prepares and assembles reports and presentations
• Attend sales meetings
• Be available for on-site client promotions
• Support client requests for documents, forms and other paperwork to ensure seamless execution of client media buys
• Works on highly time sensitive projects, adhering to deadlines
• Manages multiple project requests simultaneously with quick turnaround time
• Additional duties as designated by the Director of Sales, RVP/Market Manager related to sales or administrative functions, or designated by the Company
