Revenue Growth Support: Assist Account Executives and Sales Management in developing and executing digital sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
Digital Strategy Development: Build comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals, leveraging insights and best practices across video, mobile, display, OTT/CTV, and emerging platforms.
Campaign Optimization & Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to deliver actionable recommendations and continuous improvements for client results.
Client and Sales Team Education: Conduct digital marketing trainings, best practice sessions, and educational forums to enhance client and internal sales team understanding of digital products and opportunities.
Sales Support and Collaboration: Work alongside Account Executives during prospecting, proposal development, client meetings (“four-legged” sales calls), and pitches to strengthen client confidence and digital campaign effectiveness.
Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership: Stay current on digital trends, tools, and platform updates to inform strategy recommendations and maintain a leadership role in digital discussions within the station.
Strategic Partnership Building: Establish strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendor partners to ensure the successful execution and optimization of digital campaigns.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, including SEO, SEM, targeted display, retargeting, mobile device ID targeting, OTT/CTV, and social media advertising.
Proven ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong focus on metric-driven success.
Previous experience supporting or working directly with a sales organization preferred.
Digital certifications (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) a plus.
