NMBA will facilitate the third virtual job fair of the year the week of August 25-29.  Any NMBA member station can participate in order to potentially earn required EEO credits. 

Stations must register (below) to participate. Once you’ve registered, be sure to post any job openings at your station(s) on the NMBA job site. While your stations can participate without having any positions open, the event will be more successful if you can boast that your station(s) is hiring!

Beginning the Monday of the job fair week, participating stations must promote the event and drive visitors to the site –  www.BroadcastersVirtualJobFair.com on air and online. 

During the week of the virtual job fair, your hiring agent will receive registrations from people interested in broadcasting as well as some applications for jobs that you’ve specifically posted. The hiring agent will be responsible for responding to these applications within one business day of receiving the application.

At the conclusion of a successful week, your station will be provided a list of all registrations, statistics about how many people visited the site, and a letter of participation that includes any jobs postings you included. Please remember to KEEP THIS INFORMATION IN YOUR EEO FILE.
