For over 20 years, Borrell Associates has been focused on marketing expenditures by local businesses. While plenty of firms concentrated their efforts on what media companies made in revenue, Borrell was exclusively focused on understanding how local businesses spent their marketing dollars ā whether it was with local media companies, agencies, or digital pureplays.
