Duties include but are not limited to: Efficient multi-tasking and time-management in a busy Radio/Television Station Administrative Office environment to include, but not limited to: taking messages and transferring calls from staff and the public, responding to and problem-solving written and verbal requests, maintaining time-sensitive fiscal operations daily, working with cash, check and credit card purchase processing and accounting, assisting active donor and membership queries and problem resolution. This position handles HR functions including position reclassification, postings, scheduling interviews, hiring, on-boarding, and I-9 certification. Creates requisitions, reviews invoicing and ensures budget reconciliation. Schedules and coordinates appointments and/or travel arrangements, prepares travel reimbursements and coordinates and oversees daily office activities. Gathers, enters, and/or updates data to maintain departmental records and databases, including requisitions; establishes and maintains files and records for the office. Acts as building monitor, submitting work orders as necessary.
