News Reporter

This is a full-time position. The reporter will cover news in northern New Mexico. Since the station is located in the state’s capitol, emphasis on reporting legislative news during the legislative sessions. Meet deadlines throughout the day for the top of the hour reports, Report stories in appropriate forms for broadcast (live on-air & recorded). Produce features and special reports as assigned. The News Reporter may be asked to anchor radio newscasts, appear as a guest on programs or host programs from time to time. Posting stories to the KSFR website is expected.

Master Control Operator -H0012

This position is responsible for the on-air accuracy of all programming for the television station, monitoring of other transmitters as well as the handling of program and commercial content, satellite up-linking and video tape recording. May also responsible for driving as well as the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the TV stations’ ENG vehicles.

Floor Crew

This position is responsible for all of the studio production elements as well as the operation of studio cameras and production equipment for live and recorded television newscasts and shows.
